I ordered a bohemian ring that looked so cool. I had to wait a month for it and when it got to me it was nothing like the ring that was pictured. I let the company know and they said it would be very expensive for me to send it back and I would have to pay the shipping and they offered three dollars saying I could also keep the ring?!

The “ Meditation” ring was ordered in early January of 2022. Have NEVER received product nor a refund !
Very unprofessional company !
Probably a scam ! DO NOT ORDER FROM this company !

Bought a ring and it was nothing like in the photos. They refuse to acknowledge that they are deceiving people. This company needs to be shut down

This website makes you think you are ordering from England but the merchandise comes from Singapore. They are refusing to give me a return address so I can get a full refund. The merchandise in question was described as sterling silver nothing but cheap metal! X border e-commerce .com handles disputes between customers and sellers. They sent me an email that said they would refund $15, now they are up to $35. They go up $5 every day. My total spent was $143.93.

I ordered 1 item. Tracking shows it went from Boulder Colorado, to Myrtle Beach customs, to Surrey BC Canada customs to be sent to eastern Canada. Makes no sense. don’t know who the carrier is in Canada. Contacted Customer Service on a Thursday at 1:05 pm. The automated response states they are open 10 am to 7pm (GMT9) which means they are not in North America. I received another response just before 11pm my time, in a very poorly worded English. The last lime states: Please kindly pay some more patience on waiting the parcel.
Another email to Customer Service the following day got a response apologizing for the delay; they have expedited my order and some other crap about shipping delays they cannot control. That was a week ago…. Still nothing. Pretty sure this is not a legitimate company.

Ordered 2 rings from this company and received NO product. Their customer service responds with a form email saying they received my email, but never respond further. I sent them a total of 3 emails over 3 months and nothing! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CUTEGODDESSES.COM. They are a SCAM!

Ordered several pieces of jewelry from this company. On the website you can plainly see the descriptions of the jewelry. Sterling silver, sterling silver with gold. This stuff is cheap metal at best. I have never been scammed before but this company got me for $145.00. Could have gotten better quality at the dollar store. Sending back, don’t know if I will be refunded but did not want anyone else to fall for their lies.
