I had sent $1,000 via Zelle to Marc Stephen on January 29, 2021 for the puppy Alfie for the full payment. After he had taken the puppy to the transporter he then informed me that at there was an additional charge $550.00 for: $350.00 for paperwork to transfer ownership of pup from Marc to myself and $200.00 for food regiment. I told him I asked you up front the total balance and you said $1,000 and that's all I could come up with, I didn't have any more money. I told him to go ahead and ship Alfie as is and he said ok, I didn't know any better because this is the first time I had purchased a puppy online and a puppy that was registered. I asked him when I should expect the puppy to be delivered and he said the delivery agency will contact me and expect ownership papers on the dog to be completed first. I told him I didn't have any more money to send and he said that he didn't have a problem refunding my money that it was still sitting in Zelle. I said I would speak with my husband and lit him know. This was on Saturday January 30. I later informed him a couple hours later to go ahead with refunding my money that we were going to wait, that we were probably going to take a week off in early Summer and come down to your facilities and visit and buy in person. Marc said that would would be find and later Saturday afternoon he would definitely return my money. Well, I didn't receive it on Saturday so I text on Sunday quite a few times to no avail with no answer as well. So, as you see, there is no puppy the are not returning money.
