I was looking on line for Pomeranian Puppies and put inquiries on several websites. "Randy" texted me that the little girl "Nina" that I was interested in was still available. We went back and forth on sending pictures of her parents, sending a video of the dog, and testimonials. When I thought it was legitimate I Venmo'd $600 to him. We then started arranging delivery which he said would happen yesterday. Then yesterday he wanted me to Venmo him $450 more for the shipping carrier. That had not been part of the original contract so I became suspicious. When I called the transport company it became obvious that this was a scam. I have asked him for my money back and there has bee no response.
