I ordered an item from this fraudulent company on 17 Oct 2020, and planned on giving the item as a Christmas gift. I emailed several times requesting shipping status. At first they blamed COVID and then they said the item was being shipped shortly and said the wait is worth it. In January I requested my money back 3 times, and that is when they stopped returning emails and I did not get my money back!

I purchased this projector on December 5,2019 , due to the fact that I have yet receive any updates on when this item is suppose to arrive or if it is in processing. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund. My messages are intentionally ignored by the scammer their response is consistently the same that the product has shipped and will be arriving in a weeks time. It has been over a month and yet to receive a shipping code.

I placed an order for a mini projector and a stand a week before Christmas. I received an email with a bogus tracking number that gets me no where. When I emailed them back

To let them know the tracking number wasn’t working and keep getting the run around.

They did not hesitate in taking $84 from account the same day I placed my order! Followed by an additional 0.85 cents for a total of $85.80. And I still have not received the product and believe this is a not existing company and a complete scam! They have no phone number anywhere on their so called website!!!

I saw an ad on Instagram about a company advertising mini projectors and went to their website. I liked what I saw and decided to purchase one for a Christmas present. I spent $90 on the product. The money was taken out right away. It has been over a month and my product never arrived. I contacted the company via email because it was the only way to contact them and have yet to receive any response or refund for the product in which I paid for and never received. It was false advertising and they sold a product and took my money and never sent it. They are still advertising on the social media site. I reported them for false advertising to Instagram as well.
