Puppies discounted and delivered to your door

Wife looking for a cockapoo puppy and they offered up a 10 week old for $700 plus $150 delivery fee. Wanted all money upfront. Agreed to send $500.00 and balance upon arrival of the dog. Delivery company sent email, (intercontinental logistics movers) saying dog was on the way. About an hour later delivery company says due to weather conditions and travel, they needed to put the puppy in a temperature controlled crate, etc and needed $2000 upfront to cover that but it was refundable once we accepted the puppy in our home. I refused, and asked for a refund from Kymberly Woods and she said there is no refund. Go F...yourself.
