I paid for a dog from https://www.cuteschnauzersnearme.com and was told the dog would be shipped same day. After I sent funds via Zelle, the same day I was contacted by https://www.petairamericadeliveryservices.com and told that in order to safely transport the dog I would need to rent another cage approximately $1750 and would get a refund of $1700 when the dog was delivered. I refused and both https://www.cuteschnauzersnearme.com and https://www.petairamericadeliveryservices.com/ (highly likely is the same person) cut off all contact. This was a scam that I was unfortunate enough to fall for as the private sellers site https://www.cuteschnauzersnearme.com looked legitimate. However, the site this company uses is obviously fake. I provided them my name and contact information and now I am concerned they will use my information for identity theft.
