On February 22nd of this year I purchased some products that were advertised on Facebook and I used PayPal to pay for the items. My products never came although over a number of emails with the company (doing business as Cutevivi on Facebook and Blackboom Internet Information Technolony Co, Lim) on Paypal (and the way I misspelled Technolony previously is actually how it is spelled on PayPal) I was assured they were on their way. They keep saying to wait longer. Cuteivivi Belongs to Shenzhen Jiahe Cheung Industrial Co., Ltd

Here we are almost 4 months later and I haven't received anything. I checked their Facebook page and there are others like me that never received anything after months of waiting. There are hundreds if not thousands more like me that got ripped off.

On or about February 23, 2018, I placed an order with this "company". On March 10, I received an email that the item had been shipped. As of March 15, the items are in the same status at "DHL". I have been communicating with this company for 2 months and I still have not received the items. I already called my bank and had the payment reversed. But I would like to warn consumers not to order from this scamming company. I went to their Facebook page and every last comment is about this scamming company.

Originally ordered products in February 2018 and got confirmation March 5, 2018. I inquired about my shipment on 4/9, 4/15, and 5/15. Each time I was given assurances that they contacted the shipping company and that my package was on the way. The only tracking link they gave me shows no progress since March 14, 2018 ==> https://track.aftership.com/yanwen/HKAETA32401128%20?

I asked for a refund with no response.
