products were ordered on August 9th - its now October 15th, we have received NO emails on tracking or if its even ready - i found them on Instagram as their chat bot online does not work on the website and there is no phone number, so i messaged them on instagram. for weeks they said "its shipping" or "you should have it" they never send tracking, we are out $900 and no product AND our own upset client.
