On 4/19/2017 I sent $450 via Western Union (cost $12.50) to George Rawlings in Richmond, VA. I have not recd the dogs. Today, they called telling me to send the remaining $500 but I don't know where to send it. I reported the scam to the Richmond, VA police and also to Western Union. Western Union took out a fraud alert on the man. I'll also report this to the FTC at 877-382-4357.
