CALLED MY DAD AND (KNEW HE WAS MY DAD) SAID HIS NAME WAS RICKY WITH THE COAHOMA COUNTY PROCESSING DEPARTMENT. AND NEEDED ME TO RETURN HIS CALL IMMEDIATELY WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ALSO CALLED MY MOTHER (KNEW SHE WAS MY MOTHER)AND SAID HIS NAME WAS RICHARD AND THAT IT WAS URGENT AND NEEDED TO CONTACT HIM WITHIN 24 HOURS LEFT A RETURN NUNMBER 866-900-0424

A man calling himself Joseph left a voicemail message on my cell phone. He said he was with the Cuyahoga County Process server. He was leaving a message for my brother, Kevin. He wanted to verify that someone would be at his home to sign for court papers. He then read off my brother's address. He also gave a court case number. He gave another phone (866) 900-0424 for Kevin to call. He ended the message by saying that even if Kevin doesn't sign for the papers the case will still go before a judge.
