A person called Diane said she was from patient care servicesa medicare service. She asked how my back was so she could request supports to my doctor via fax. So that he could approve braces and such that I may need. I explained that U already received my braces when I needed them, she kept insisting she asked for my doctors names after I gave them I realized that this was not on the up and up she paused and gave me someone else but because I kept insisting that I didn’t want the service that person gave me supposedly the manager named Chris Williams and he explained what the service entailed. However I insisted that I didn’t want the service or needed it and to not send the fax to my doctors so that they could approve the service. They already had my address I did not give them any info on SS or Medicare they may have had my birthdate. Please advise thank you.
