They claimed I have $421.89 extra care points money that will expire on November 2 if I don't click on the red button in the email

- Cleveland, OH, USA • May 22, 2024

I received a check from CVS Caremark for $666.00. I am not a member and I am not on a reimbursement plan, I have only gotten two medications at CVS. I called the number that came with the check but no one could give me any information. I hung up and called back and they did the same thing. They asked me whose name was on the check but I told them I couldn't read it because it looks like it was signed with a marker. They just kept transferring me.

- Toledo, OH, USA • Mar 18, 2024

Phone called received stating no longer had services with CVS coram since my deductible was $3,000. I looked up the phone number they called from and find out there is multiple fake websites with the same name of the business they are impersonating and using this phone number they called from 718-308-2083. Called the legitimate phone number of CVS Coram and they clarify that I am still member of them and that this was fraud.

- Axton, VA, USA

Recieved a call from someone with heavy accent and said something about my CVS prescriptions.   We don't use CVS.

- Wichita, KS, USA

I received several robo calls from the 530 area code. When I would answer there would not be a response and the call would be dropped.

Today September 12th 2023 when I answered a female responded by identifying herself as a representative of CVS Pharmacy, then asked if I were a diabetic. I answered no, and she immediately terminated the call.

- Mankato, MN, USA

I took a survey from CVS, at the end as a prize you could pick something and only pay shipping, I gave them some info and used my walmart debit card , they went into my account , changed my info and sent money to some one, I was trying to get ahold of the walmart card to block it but I was on hold for one hour and watching them take money out of my account, I went to the gas station and changed my info and took out as much money as the machine would let me, then I went back home, I was on hold with walmart the whole time, they did get my account closed , 700.00 was taken from my account , walmart checked it out and said I gave them the infor and they counldn't do anything, also there is 81.00 still in this account and I have no way to get it back, any help would be great.

I received a phone call from Towson, MD and the man calling said he was calling from CVS about a free DNA test to rule out heart issues caused by Covid. He confirmed my date of birth and name, and told me I needed to contact my primary care doctor to approve the test. He asked further questions, which I said I would not answer and I hung up. I called the number back that was on my caller ID, and the number is no longer in service.

CVS wants me to confirm my address to see what I won.

So did not know phone number so it went to voicemail and they told me they were from CVS calling about an overdue prescription they were holding for me. To call back at 855-708-3581 and use this code 5158735. So I knowing this not true I contacted my local CVS and tech told me that of course that would never happen and that was not a CVS practice. My prescription was already picked up a month ago and I really am sickened by all these tricks they pull. And of course I never returned the phone call.

I received an email from CVS saying that it's a surprise for CVS customers. I was to fill out a survey and then pick a prize that I would just have to pay shipping for. Later, I got an email saying that my "trial period is over" and saw that there was a charge of $80+ on my card.

- Albany, NY, USA

I received an email supposedly from CVS pharmacy stating that I was eligible for a gift all I had to do is fill out a survey. I was told that all I had to do was pay shipping and handling of $7.95. Two weeks later I was charged $69.95 on my credit card. When I told the operator that I wanted to return it she told me that would be an additional $10 restocking fee. I have reported this to CVS who say that they are definitely using CVS’s name fraudulently.

- Randallstown, MD, USA

Called saying that this was cvs pharmacy and I had a prescription to be picked up. Then said if this is (my name) say yes or no. I hung up. My insurance is connected with cvs but I don't use them.
