Email Promised a $90 Promo reward after finishing a survey. Received a small robot vacuum that I had chosen, and that was shipped to me, but also received a charge from them for 71.97.
Called phone number listed on the credit card transaction. Transaction was called VariableSettledCertain. When I spoke to agent, they said that there was a subscription or gift voucher I had enrolled in and that the fee was $125, but that I could cancel it. They said they would cancel subscription, but would not refund the credit-card charge.
The return address on shipment was PO Box 19206, Akron, OH 44319
