Received and email from CVS Opinion Requested on July 5th saying Congratulations - Please tell us about your CVS experiences and as a than you, you can select from several exclusive offer rewards! I took the survey and selected a Doorbell Camera that was valued at $67.43. I was lead to believe this Doorbell Camera was the reward for taking the survey and I as requested to pay the $5.96 for shipping. The Doorbell Camera would arrive in 5 - 7 days.

I received an email from supportWtrytopgradedgadets.com on July 6 Saying congratulation on the purchase of the Camera Doorbell SD1.

I received an order confirmation email from [email protected] on July 6 with Order Number 903848461 showing Order Total $5.96 (the price of shipping) the email also said your purchase will appear as "All Day Active Sports" on you credit card statement.

The Doorbell Camera arrived on July 12.

I received an email from [email protected] on July 13 with Order Confirmation for order number 903951396 for a Order Total of $67.43 once again saying your purchase will appear as "All Day Active Sports" on you credit card statement.

I thought this was wrong as I should have only been paying the shipping cost, I never would have bought this Doorbell Camera if I was paying the $67.43 but for $5.96 it was worth a try.

I checked the Pre-Paid Card Site and sure enough All Day Active Sports had charged the card again on July 13 for the additional $67.43.
