I used a google search to shop for a patagonia duffel bag, which directed me to the site. I added the duffel bag and a shirt. At checkout, PayPal was the only option. It set up an automatic payment that was only supposed to charge $79.98 once, but instead charge it twice (once on Jan 1 and again on Jan 2. I never received an order confirmation email and have yet to receive any shipping info.
