The costumer service reps is bad they tried to fight me and my guild big mistake they did I made them shut down most of their servers and their revenue was reduced greatly all this because the reps tried to deny the truth they even let gamers accounts get hijacked they sat there and do nothing I had enough of the abuse from Cyberstep and decided to destroy them they gotten exposed for who they are they tried to stop me from hacking their games with reasonable cause that was justified I reported someone in cosmic break the reps lied to me saying they will mute the player but they didn't and again same results over and over they are good liars that deserves karma they got destroyed by me thinking they can take me on I proved them wrong they backed off knowing it's best for their image as a company well cyberstep is a bad company with bad service reps that even lie to people no wonder they shutting down their games and slowly going out of business
