Ordered a step for dogs it’s been over 30 days and there response has been to tell me to be patient. I asked for money back. They just give me scripted responses. Products are shipped from China in which nothing was mentioned when ordering. My opinion is they get your money and then don’t ship anything and we just will forget about it . I will be doing all I can to get the word out about this online scam

I ordered a set of collapsible steps for my old dog to get in and out of my car. The merchandise I received couldn’t even be called a toy. The merchandise described was 5 steps and could be set up on the bumper of my suv. Then it could be collapsed to take along with me.
