I read the reviews after the fact but didn't think it would happen to me. Prior to my most recent experience, they tried charging me after canceling my membership after submitting my request to remove my membership 30 days prior. The owner was upset and wanted to keep the charge but I was finally able to get a refund. This most recent experience, I booked the service through class pass and paid for shoes when I got there ($5.35). Now almost a week later, I am being charged randomly $10. And I'm sure they would have gotten away with it if I didn't have text alerts for my bank. I've heard other horror stories from this establishment only that they charge randomly and try to scam people into buying rides. This establishment scams most of their customers
