I was told to contact Cynthia R Stokes and ask to see if I qualify for a federal grant and this lady contacted me back asked me a lot of personal questions excluding my social security number. And then she said she would run my information to see if I qualified. She got back to me saying I did. And asked me to choose the grant amount. For example if I chose 30,000 I would have to pay 500 if I wanted 50,000 I would have to pay 750. She gave me some numbers that I was supposed to keep confidential. A batch number and some other stuff . She thinks I am going to be giving her the money on the 31st of may. I told her I needed testimonials and the name of this grant program. I am waiting for her to get back with me on this information.
