ordered christmas items and they shipped socks. The email for returns has been disabled. do not order from this site. This is another scam site they are using as is similar to the one listed above.

I first time saw this wooden shoe rack at Facebook Marketplace, it looks nice. Then when I searched it online or on Facebook I couldn't find it anywhere. After several days, it showed up again on my Facebook, this time I clicked the list and it directed to their online store, "cynthian.store". Though I couldn't find this store's name anywhere else except their own website, but the Facebook endorsement, the shoe rack's nice design and attractive price made me to trust it. I paid $47.98 with my credit card on Sep 13, I got an email confirmation and a shipping track number with courier JT (Global Logistics Track Platform, website www.track718.us).

Then on Oct 03, I received a little package from China with a "nice" bracelet in it. It took me quite time to figure out why I got this and who sent it to me, finally I found that the website track718 shows my shoe rack is delivered at the same day, and in the tracking history the track number turned to another USPS number which matches the number on the bracelet package, thus I realized that my show rack turned into a bracelet. I replied the email of order confirmation at the same night Oct 03 to let them know that they shipped wrong product and I need the show rack and also to return the bracelet.

I never got response after two emails, then I called the phone number +44 23 9216 0686 from their website, it went to busy tone immediately. Then I searched this phone number online, that's where I found this is a pure scam, and this same phone number is used by many online stores website, and they are all reported or complained to be a scam. Be very careful when you shop from an unknown online store.

P.S. I called my credit card to dispute the transaction, they agreed to cancel the purchase. But I would like everyone to know this and won't get same trouble again as I did.
