DINO BELONGS IN JAIL

Our refrigerator's thermostat was not functioning properly and everything in the refrigerator was freezing - Dino came out and put in a new fan, then came out and said he put in a new thermostat and then shorted out the main control board and said he didn't do it, but would order the board and not charge for installation. He never showed up again. We paid him close to $1k and got nothing - Yes, he should be put in jail

How you doing this is Dino I am replying to the complaint of Mr Arthur I came out on four different occasions first to order the parts second to install the parts third because another problem came about fix that and then the fourth I ordered a new board that Mr Arthur said he would pay for and never did his machine is working perfectly fine and I have text messages to show that and I will show that here in a minute you know people lie a lot but I have proof

Appliance repair and home improvement scammer

Was scheduled with D and B remodeling and appliance repair by Appliance HD, another complete scam which sends out incompetent scammers to repair appliance after charging 70 dollars finder fee.Dino Sozzani, owner spent 30 mins total in our home.Said he replaced drain pump and charged 469.79.Washing machine still did not work after his "repair".Phoned him and he said must be a "new" issue, separate from work he did.Made appt. to come back.In interim, starting researching his company and saw many complaints on BBB and other sites about appliance HD and D and B remodeling.Asked him for refund and receipt he promised to email me, never received either.Scheduled legitimate appliance repair company that state original drain pump still on machine and I had been scammed. They felt I should report to police,I contacted Dino Sozzani again and reported what appliance repairmen had said regarding him charging me for services he never completed and he threatened to report ME for harassing him.This guy preys on elderly and is a first class [censored] and sociopath.please don't fall victim as I did.
