I was a little unsure about this company because there was no phone number, but it had an address in San Antonio, TX. The reviews turned out to be a scam, because the product does NOT do what it claims to do. In fact, it does the exact opposite. It literally trashes your hair and turns it to straw. Their "return" policy turns out to be non-existent, because once you use their product, they won't take it back, or return your money. So, basically, they sell you crap, charge you for shipping and the product, and you've been had. I got very worried after tracking the product that was coming from CHINA, not San Antonio, TX. It took 4 weeks to receive it. You can only contact them through email, and even then, it takes days for a response from them. Since I bought two items, they said they'd accept the unused product back, and sent me a return address label. And guess what? The return was to go to: D & B Group, in Berkeley Hts, New Jersey.... SERIOUSLY??????
