I reached out to this company for credit repair services in March. I paid $500. I send my personal identification and everything they needed to get started in a April. The entire month of April, I received no contact except to admonish me for sending my documents so late. I received an email stating that I would receive a new contract but I never received one. Then they stopped responding to my emails. I reached out a few days ago asking about their refund policy to which I received a response that they do not offer refunds whatsoever. I responded asking where that policy was posted and when can I receive the new contract but received no response. I went to email again and the domain had been shut down. I have also reached out via the owners personal cell phone but he refuses to address business since I don’t want to entertain a personal relationship with him.
