I was online, Facebook doing an order for Footlocker, and redirected to another site- Da Outlook for sneaker purchase. I did the order for 5 pairs of NIKE sneakers. I used my credit card, put all personal information to receive order. Never got the order mailed to me. Spoke to a rep on the customer service side named "Belle" for over 3 months now on getting my order resent to me but have yet to have anything sent since I ordered back in Jan 2024. " Belle" has been stringing me a lot this entire time, saying the order is being resent, the order was delivered, the order was sent to wrong address, and blah blah blah. Just this past week, I told them I wanted a refund and the name of her supervisor, and I have yet to hear from anyone after I said that. I told her I would be reporting them as a scammer to the BBB.
