Name:Kuzco. I asked for references and videos of the dog and spoke with this person on the phone. He emailed me a signed sales contract for the dog. Later that day I received and email from [email protected] with flight details and tracking Website: https://collarcargologistics.com/tracking/

About an hour after I received the 1st email, the shipping company email sent me another email stating:
Dear Sir, Mr, Mrs, Miss,
We wish to inform you that we are ready to proceed with the delivery of your PUPPY because it is now ready and shots up to date which is very essential to keep your PUPPY healthy and safe. But unfortunately we want to let you know that We also need a United States Approved Electronic Crate and Anti Pressure Vaccines for your PUPPY because the climatic condition and due to the COVID19 PANDEMIC do not favor the present condition for your puppy. The crate provided by your seller is below standard and not approved under the United States Pet's control law to transport pets within this category. So we need the approve crate for your puppy, the puppy will use the crate till he is delivered to the airport before we take the crate back to our agency
We want you to understand that the lowest grade of a United States Approved Temperature Regulator Crate cost $10850, but we can't ask you to purchase the crate because it will be of no use since the Crate is only needed temporarily, So we have provided Rental options of $970 for our clients to enable them spend absolutely nothing.
This is how it works.
>> Client Pays the deposit amount $970 as seen on the Temperature Regulator Crate below.
>> Our company provides the Crate after confirmation of rental fee ( Deposit).
>> We use the crate on the puppy until we fly customer's pet to His/Her destination.
>> We delivers Customers pet and then collect our Temperature Regulator Crate and Refund customers rental money cash with just %1 deducted for the vaccinations and checks conducted by our Vet.
NOTE
We are doing our utmost best to make sure your PUPPY is delivered in good health because if in case your PUPPY dies while in our custody, our company will compensate you the cash sum of $15,000.00 for the lost of PUPPY. So we have to be on a safe side
and ensure your PUPPY arrives the airport in good health condition.
The Rental money we collect serves only as a collateral in case of any damages of our Temperature Regulator Crate during the delivery process, So be rest assured to get your money upon our arrival.

I reached back out to the seller and he acted shocked and said he would reach out to them. He then encouraged and reassured I would receive the money back. I told him I’m not sending it and he should pay the “rental” fee. He then stopped responding to any texts or calls. I called the “shipping company” customer service number provided in the initial email and it appeared to be a robot. Then a man called me back from that number and eventually hung up. At that point I realized I was scammed when I searched the shipping company and could not find them on google.
