This person who goes by the name of Baxter Copeland was selling dogs using a local location as a guise for his ad of selling dachshund puppies. I reached out via email and got a response and we began speaking through text message. He sent me the site to show available pups and proceeded to pick one that I liked. He asked for a reservation fee of $350 via zelle or bitcoin. I don't have bitcoin so I went with zelle. Asked when I can pick up and he stated that it was going to be shipped via Virginia to California within 3 days. I asked to cancel he said he would issue a refund and never has after numerous attempts and communications stating he would.
