I was buying a dachshund puppy, for an agreed price of $650, the delivery was supposed to be today, June 1, at 1500 hours, when contacted by a third party, the shipper, I was told I needed ti send an additional $1500 for a special crate. The seller, Eric Vede, is from Fredericksburg VA, I am in Pennsylvania, the shippers area code is Deleware. I have not heard back from the seller, Eric Vede, I have told the shipper-name unknown- that I do not have $1500, that I will not pay another cent, and any shipping costs should be handled by the seller. I had asked the seller if there would be additional costs, and was told I would not. I have all correspondence saved. So I have spent $650, and received nothing
