I ordered 3 Daddent pipes for my adult kids. It's not something that they liked. Your ad says 100% money back guarantee. I've been trying to return them for over a month and they offered me $14.00 for all 3. I paid $72.49 for all 3. No one is helping me with this. They are ignoring me now and have not even responded to my request. I think this is a scam. Please help me.

Purchased a Portable Hitter Pipe for a Christmas Present on November 17, 2023 for $27.60. By debit card. Payment went through, but never received the merchandise. Their add says will receive merchandise by 3 to 7 days. Emailed them, and also messaged them on the site, no response.
