i arrived to Jackson, TN to pick up the engine and trans after driving for about 3 1/2 hours. THe address that i was given led me to an empty lot. I asked several people if they knew of the company.... Nobody in that neighborhood had ever heard of Daddy & Son Towing!!! That's when I realized that i was given a false address. I then called the son and asked where the company was.... He asked me to wait at the Food Mart on Chester Street. Waited for over 1 1/2 hours!! i contacted them 3 times. They answered but therewas a different excuse for each call. After 2 hours of waiting. I contacted them again. They then said that the fork lift wasnt working. I couldn't understand how they were gonna load the motor and trans onto my truck from theirs and they needed a fork lift to load it in the beginning. The dad called about 2 hours later. I asked for my money back because they never showed up. He stated..."We don't give refunds!!"
