Unauthorized transaction on gift card

So being it was a transaction on your basic Walmart Mastercard gift card (would be same as Visa gift card) they are treated as cash transactions so the company card issuers will not stop payment or refund payment…. Regardless I did not authorize them to withdraw the $97.73 from my card I was trying to pay shipping costs for something (which is the $6.84 charge also and didn’t receive the “Gift” phone from “AT&T” which I’m assuming was a joke also) and then all of a sudden bam hit with $97.73 for some dumb [censored] n tried to exit page but didn’t seem to matter what I did it it proceeded to file thru a few webpages and next thing I know charged the card $97.73 and card company won’t do anything and tried to e-mail the company that processed the charge for both the $6.84 & $97.73 but go figure no can do as it’s invalid e-mail also and no other way to contact besides a written letter to I’m assuming an address where no one is or totally invalid either way they win. Charge cards and no contact info so I think the department of internet crimes best get cracking the case soon

I want to report a scam. I was checking my bank account statement. A company named Dahlylacure Online made an unauthorized withdrawal of $97.73 from my bank account. I never heard of this company. I did not give them permission to do this. I contacted my bank and reported it. Canceled my debit card. . My bank gave me their phone number. 844-587-0848. I called the number they would only give 25 percent refund. I told them I want a full refund. They said it was a sweepstakes. Will charge me every month. I did not enter a sweepstakes. I do not have a computer so I did not do anything online. I do not have their address. $97.73 is a lot of money.
