I ordered one trial order and DID NOT order a second. I checked my credit card statement on and saw a charge for $198.78. My card was charged automatically without ANY approval. This was charged on December 23, close to Christmas, in an attempt to ensure that it would not be noticed in the midst of other shopping. This company is a SCAM.

Just looked at my credit card statement. Appears these scammers charged my card in the amount of $264 on Christmas day and I have NOT ordered ANYTHING!
Better believe I'll be going through ALL my statements for the last YEAR and reporting them to the authorities!

Saw ad on FB with "Don Cherry" promoting Hemp Gummies that would help for pain. Thought I would try and when ordering, adding my info and Cr card info, screen went straight to completing order without reviewing cost. I was charged $271.21. I didn't know what happened until reviewing the ad again and saw that there was a check mark (pre populated) ordering 5 bottles. When I called to cancel, I was told it was too late and order was shipped! And I was told to call back after I receive product to get return labels to send back. I said I can not believe that order could not be stopped right after it was place, same day, and I didn't want to call back for labels. Then rep started to negotiate with me with different costs and deals which I refused as I didn't feel the company was providing honest info. The last was that she would reimburse me, last time to accept, 75% (203.40) and I could keep the product. I agreed just to get off the phone and then called my credit card company to explain my situation. They were already aware and had blocked my card but Hemp tried twice and the second charge did go through. I was advised I could still dispute charges. I call the Hemp back after 10 days of not receiving my refund and was told it was processed and I would have to take it up with me bank. After advising her that NO! it was not my bank but their company and I'm believing that this was fraud and a scam. As I said that she said she was escalating my concern and the refund would be for the full amount (271.21). Even with that the funds took another 5 days to be returned to my credit card. This took a total of 18 days to see $ back, and I asked my credit card be canceled, and numerous calls to Hemp. By standing my ground I did get my money back. BUT they are very sly and underhanded. I have not tried the product and probably won't after all this. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson and save others the trouble and wasted time. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
