I, in good faith ordered your Daily Choice Hemp Oil product. I was billed a total of $112.90 on 12/29/17. Upon realizing that the website added merchandise that I did not order, I called the customer care number to stop the order from going through. The person on the phone told me that he could do nothing to stop the order, that I would have to wait until I received my order and then call back to get a refund. On 1/13/18, I again called customer care to return the product that I did not want. The person on the phone apologized and indicated that she was not allowed to issue a return for this product (which is not opened). She did however agree to send me a complimentary bottle of the 250 mg and the 100 mg that I did not receive in the first place. She indicated that she would reduce the monthly fee to $27.99 per bottle of the 250mg and suspend the billing until 2/27/18. I am now on the phone again with Nick. I ask to speak with a supervisor. He is telling me that on 1/13/18 at 3pm in the afternoon on Saturday that all supervisors are in a meeting. I ask him what the $79.99 charge is that is on my bank statement. He is telling me that I received another package on 1/4/2018 at my mailbox (of which I did not). He indicates that if I go to my bank to dispute the charges that I will not receive any portion of a refund as they have all the bases covered so that will not happen. I have highlighted the refund policy in your terms and conditions that I have pasted into this email for your convenience from your website. I WANT a RMA issued for my unopened product and a refund for the merchandise that i did not receive (100mg hemp oil). Since I sent this email approximately 30 minutes ago the support email address on the website has returned a failure as follows: Mail Delivery Subsystem

Refund Policy
You do not need to return your product in order to obtain a refund, but we ask that you do in good faith, if possible. In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone. If returning your product, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3 to 5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
