My grandmother received a package that she didn’t order from this company. We called multiple times and they couldn’t find her information in the system. Gave email, gave first and last name and the last 4 of the card charges and even the tracking number the package was shipped with. She did not order this but yet we received it.

Got an email to try a “TRAIL OFFER” of their product. Never got order. Business phone does not answer. Constant busy. Now I have been billed 79.00 for the product, again that I never got. No one to contact. Frustrated.
