I paid for a membership at least a couple of years ago and never had a problem with getting any pattern I wanted for free. However, now the site wants to charge me $1.00 for some, or maybe all, patterns. I have used the contact form for messages twice to ask what is going on, but no one replies. Since as the above person noted, someone is updating patterns daily and I receive a daily email with those, why is no one responding to my issues?

I joined the Charts Club, expecting to pay $20 and receive downloads for crafting. I haven't been able to access any of the downloads. I've sent multiple messages to the contact. I also happened to stumble upon the same "company" (Daily Cross Stitch) on Etsy, with the same icon and the same patterns available for purchase. I tried contacting the seller to inquire if they had any similar offers on their Etsy page. I checked my sent messages and found that the Etsy store has since been deleted. Someone is updating DailyCrossStitch.com with one free new pattern each day, as promised, but they are not granting access to paid membership. At the time of writing this, I have not yet attempted to get my money back. I have received absolutely no correspondence from the website, so I believe I will need to contact PayPal for a refund.
