Call claiming was from Daily World (our local newspaper) that we won best of the best for home health. Troy Bohen, was the name of the individual who claimed to be the director I was speaking with. We did actually win so that is accurate but they used this information to say that now a plaque is going to be issued from the Daily World but had to be purchased by the company. So would either be 239.00 or 179.00 so I opted for the 179.00. The confirmation email came and no where on the email does this say Daily World. When I called back to say do not go forward with this purchase. They still went through with the purchase and sent an email from an email that can not be emailed back to.

888-986-6345 now will not answer any phone calls back either.
