Placed an order in response to an ad on Facebook market place. Received a piece of cloth in a plastic delivery bag via USPS. Neither Pay-pal, Facebook Market place or American express will help you get a refund. These scammers advertise something nice, you place an order and your credit card gets charged. The scammer will send you a valid tracking number and they will get a delivery confirmation. Any dispute you raise is based on this delivery confirmation regardless on whether you received what you ordered or not. Pay-pal can not be trusted, Facebook market place doesn't care who places ads with them as they get paid for it, American express sends you back to Pay-pal who facilitated the transaction. You will loose when ordering from Dailyfees.com
