(1) The more I looked into this “company,” the more obvious this fraud/scam became. The website itself is poorly designed... the few menus on it either don’t lead to anything at all, or they lead to a page that looks copied & pasted from some other business. I couldn’t even find this product on their page. I found other reports of people who had been scammed by them.
(2) There is no 24/7 customer support.
(3) I learned that the logos displayed—including the PayPal logo—were all just images (instead of links).
(4) The “Last day promotion: TODAY ONLY” sale was still in place weeks later. I saw it pop up almost daily on FaceBook Marketplace.
(5) I contacted the seller; no response... until they sent an email (on 05/18/2021) saying my product was shipped.
(6) Today (05/24/2021), I received a mysterious package (sent 05/14/2021 per USPS) containing one super ugly, poorly made pillowcase, which I never ordered.
(7) I then looked up "DailyLifees" on the ScamPulse.com website and found 3 reports on file--one of which was for a customer who ordered this exact product and received nothing but a pillowcase. (Thank you to whoever reported it!). They mentioned that they were unable to get a full refund from PayPal: "I ordered a rattan teardrop lounge for my deck and received a pillowcase. I tried to get a refund from PayPal only to be denied because I received my product. I did not receive what I ordered."

I've tried to get refunded by PayPal, but won't hold my breath based on the report above & the obvious loopholes in place that will allow this scammer to keep profiting. Thankfully, my financial institution seems to have more integrity and they are ready and willing to help.
