This is a clothing subscription company. I have used another company for years with no issues. I received my first box and returned all items. They then charged me 134.00 for items they claim I did not return. I requested cancellation and was told I had to call to cancel my subscription. I forgot, and was charged another styling fee and received another box. Two items in the second box were covered in what appeared to be animal hair, again I returned the entire package. Again the charged me for an item they claimed I had not returned. I was finally able to contact them today and was refunded for the items. There is no easy way, that I could find to cancel my subscription on their website. The clothing did not seem new, even though the pieces were tagged. Overall this does not feel legitimate, and it was work to cancel and get refunded.

I signed up for Daily Look for $45 to start my first box . Received my box . I liked it and was planning to keep my subscription until I get a notification of a decline charge of $794 that wasn’t authorized . My next box is scheduled for April 15th I contacted them and asked who can I speak to to cancel my subscription and get information on how that transaction happened a box is only $45 . Imagine if my card wasn’t locked . I have children . I work hard for my money . Their only response was it didn’t go through and I need to add my card back so I can receive my next box .
