I ordered two pair of boots on the 29th of June. I placed the order through Dallader.com. On their website they claim the boots are made in the USA. They are not. They are made in China. All of the tracking info came out of China. I received the boots July 12th. The boots had no size marking on them or tag on where they are made. The boots were small on my feet. I ordered a size 14 wide. Having worked in retail for 45 years I did not get a good feeling about the boots. No size on them or tag where they are made. Actually not marking on them at all. So I emailed [email protected]. The first reply back was they said just keep them and give them to someone else because shipping back is on me and the cost is very expensive. So I reminded them about the 30 day money back return policy they have. (They now have changed it to 14 days on the web site) They sent a reply email saying they will give me $3. I replied no I want my money back. I received another email saying they will give me $5. I replied back again saying I want my money back. They replied we will give you $8 and keep the boots. I replied again they do not fit and I want my full refund. They jsut replied I have to ship them to China and if I want to pay the hefty international cost of shipping back to China go ahead with the return. This company is falsely advertising made in the USA when in fact it is made overseas.

I saw a FB ad for motorcycle boots that I thought I could trust based on hundreds of comments. I made the purchase, and the shipment arrived a few weeks later. However, I did not receive motorcycle boots, but more or less casual walking boots. When I contacted the company via their website and via email, I was told the boots I wanted were out of stock, so they sent others as a replacement. I was not made aware that they were out of stock, nor did I approve them sending me a different product. When I pressed them to return my money, they refused to do so, asking that I return the boots to CHINA and pay for shipping first! Since the trust had already been breached, I did not want to risk paying for this outrageous shipping charge, returning the boots and not getting my money back, so I gave them to charity. However, I want to lodge this complaint since it is a clear 'bait & switch" approach they are using. I have since found several other comments from customers who had the same experience. Unfortunately, while I did report this incident to Facebook, they have not responded nor taken any action whatsoever that I am aware of.

The shipper (based on the package label) was Jerry Yasfbara, 9208 Charles Smith Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 (if that information is to be believed).

This company advertises that they refund or exchange the items.If you are unsatisfied they are lying.I want to exchange sizes of the boots purchased.They offer a three dollar Refund and tell me to give the boots away to someone. They will not work with me, but they advertise that they will exchange or refund.

They will not give me an address. They did not give me an invoice. I cannot return the product to them.They will not work with me.At all
