Removed product from package and immediately new it was fraudulent/scam. I immediately emailed them telling them this was very bad and appeared fraudulent and I expected a return for refund. I further researched online scam-businesses and this website showed up. Dealt multiple times with them, and them trying to prevent a refund, though their website states 365-day Easy Returns. I have all the emails and would gladly forward them to a ScamPulse.com representative.

I finally got them to allow a Return to Stock, which I paid the USPS for shipment. Then they stated the could not refund to the card used for the purchase and wanted some other form of accounts in ways to refund. I stated I would give no more data and they should refund via a cashier's check. I have no expectation of a refund at this point, but do wish to have this documented about this website, DallasStarsProShop.com, to protect others.
