I saw an add for a dress on Instagram- so I clicked the shop now and decided on a dress; this was back in May . I did receive a dress- although it is too big, so I want to return it. There was NO return slip or anything in the bag, the bag has a label that clearly covered another label from China, and there was NO information as to how to contact them. They sent me an email from [email protected] and asked if I received my order. I sent back saying yes but needed to make a return due to size issues. The email was returned to me saying Permanent Error. So without a phone number I have no way to return and receive my money back from this so called company. Frustrated in PA.
