At this point it had been months and I was furious - they offered me a 30% off coupon (ridiculous as I will never order from them again) and said they would reship. I never heard anything again. I reached back out in March and had the same exact conversation (apparently there was no record of last conversation) once again and they said it would reship. I informed them I would be reporting them to the ScamPulse.com without proof of shipment or refund, and they sent tracking info. It took a month - and once again it said it arrived at the final unit in my town, only to return to sender. Might I add, I get packages delivered to my home all the time. It is in no way hard to find, and I've never heard of the shipping company.
At this point it has been months, they have shown zero sign of refunding me, and I am certain that this is a scam, and a waste of time and money. DO NOT order from this company.
