They used my affirm account to create and take a loan from me without me even ordering a damn thing from them, so now I’ve not been able to use my affirm account and it keeps getting racked higher and higher for late fees and it’s now a charge off on my experian. I will be contacting my legal attorney and idc where these people are I swear to Christ I will find you and have your [censored] incarcerated and sue you for every last dollar you ever made and your mothers and entire damn family even your children will need lawyers when they get older ! You messed with the wrong one

This was one if my last emails to this company. I sent them a total of 14 emails.

It has been 10 days since my last email, 19 days since my original refund email was sent. On the email it says 7-10 days, after your accounting department has reviewed & processed my refund & my refund will be in my account. It has surpassed that. Where is my refund? I don't want to hear that your accounting department is working on it, I have heard that the past 4 emails. I want something done or I will be filing an official complaint for a refund through my bank.

They drag stuff out & then you surpass your 60 days to get a refund from your bank.

Lost $1296 for my order of Borla Exhaust

I ordered a Borla Exhaust from DanaPort and they took the $1296 from my bank account immediately. Several days later they informed me that my order was going to be delayed significantly and offered me an opportunity to cancel my order so I did. They said I would be refunded. Two months later after several emails and phone calls I still haven't received my refund. This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I just want my money back.

Yes I would like to join in a lawsuit against DanaPort Scams, I ordered a magnaflow exhaust from them and cancelled my order 3 days later after looking up all the bad reviews. Months later still can't get ahold of these scammers that owe me $1,170.

SCAM website. Danaport racing/distribution is a scam. They try to delay you with backorders to beat your credit card chargeback. They will refuse to refund money. F rating with BBB. Avoid these fraud criminals.

I ordered fender liners from Dana Port after emailing them to ask if they were in stock. they said they were. After the supposed shipping dat came and went, i emailed asking about it. They told me my fender liners were on backorder (which i believed because of supply chain issues). That back and forth interaction happened for about 4 months. i said i would wait, because i had trouble finding them other places. And now that i've canceled and asked for a refund, nothing.(a $400 refund) Been receiving the same two emails for the last month no matter what i have said in my emails. I have tried calling to speak to their accounting office and always sent to a voicemail. I googled and found tons of bad reviews and the exact same experiences on Trust Pilot. Kicking myself that i didn't do that before.

Ordered parts from Dana port

Was told the item was shelf stock and would be shipped the following week. Didn’t get an update so I called in and was told it would be shipped in two weeks. Never was called the company again and they pushed it back again. I ordered the parts on July 15 2022.
Canceled the order on September 12
Have tried calling and only get a dead tone.
Need help I have lost $682 with this company they are not picking up their phone

I bought an awning on 03-18-2022. They charged my credit card even before shipping the item. I never got an update on shipment for a week. I called them up and they said it'll get shipped 04-16-2022. 3 days later and I still haven't received any shipping update or item. File a complaint on ScamPulse.com and report FBI to put these scammers in jail.

The representative refused to provide his contact information after I asked why I was being charged for an “in stock” item I purchased on 3/14 was being charged to my account. The order was back ordered 4 times since order date and remained in unfulfilled when I was informed the order shipment was now being moved another 2 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager the representative said there was not a manager available to speak with, hung up on me and then canceled my order. They have an F rating with the ScamPulse.com and countless website forum reports of scam activities. The authorities should be notified based on the negatives posts from numerous others as well.
