Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
He claimed his daughter was in an auto accident and needed money to cover business/ personal bills. Asked for a loan. Sent him $2000 with promise it would be returned to me. Months went by, I kept asking fir my money. He had a check sent to me which was for $49817.00. I told him I would void it and send back for a correct amount of $2000. He said no, cash it and send him 2 checks fur the overage. My bank held check to verify it was good. They found out the check was stolen. I then told them he was having money deposited into my checking account for his personal self to keep it separate from business. He said his daughter handled all finances at business and when she was able to return to work after accident then she would handle everything having to do with his finances. My bank then investigated the money he deposited and found out that money was fraudulently obtained from the Ohio employment security commission. I was asked by my bank to agree to pay those funds immediately back to Ohio employment security commission. Amount$3990.00 I returned immediately.
Dan Crittenden, owner of danfxconstruction committed fraud. To this day I have not received 1 cent from him. I have asked and demanded my $5990.00 from him. He has blocked me from Facebook, emails, text messaging, phone, and linkden.
