A person claiming to be Daniel Hall from Baltimore, MD sends a text message saying he will buy your vehicle (even if it's out of state). He asks a couple questions about it but keeps asking if you have PayPal to complete the purchase. He continues to say he can make arrangements via a pick-up agent and will say that PayPal is simple and safe for this transaction. This is a known scam so best to avoid it.
