I bought a bench sander from them last year and never received it. I tried every way I knew how to contact them but could never get a hold of them. It said it was delivered but it was in a nother state. I contacted UPS and they said the one that was delivered was supposed to go to the address it was delivered to.

same problem, item sent to a wrong address in another state, shipped from China also. phone number from website doesnt work, neither they answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I got directed to this website after a google search for purchasing a carafe from the brand Kosta Boda.

The website looked legit. However after the purchase was made by credit card I received a confirmation email that was a bit odd, the sender name was "FZG6" instead of "danielhardiston". Two weeks later i received some shipping information with a tracking number from China. SInce that company was supposed to be based in New MExico, I became even more suspicious. To finish i realize the good was delivered to Hawai (I live in San Diego) therefore it made zero sense. I contacted multiple times the vendor: they dont answer to email, one email address is fake, and the phone number provided goes directly to answering machine. A perfect scam. Other people have now reported that company as a scam. If you do a google search you ll find that easily

Sounds like I had the same experience as everyone else. This site is garbage. Thought I was doing something buying a loungefly Chucky backpack from this site for retail price because, let's be honest, buying it somewhere else is going to be marked up to [censored]. Do not trust this site. Ever.

Paid via credit card for an orthopedic Dog Bed. Never arrived, phony email with tracking was sent but item never arrived. Could not be reached by phone that worked or via email. Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY from these obvious Scammers!

Deals too good to be true. No actual catalogue on their website, u can only find the item you searched for via google. These are called clues.

I ordered something for my grandson from a Google search. I never received an order confirmation or shipping info. I tried to contact them via email, but it was returned undeliverable. I tried calling both phone numbers, but one says no one is available and the other days the person doesn't have the number anymore.

I'm trying to work with my bank for a refund.

Item purchased never came. Will not respond to requests as to the item shipment or refund. Online catalog is a sham, items will not be sent. Emails bounce back, account is closed.

Several days later emails came with paypal numbers for my account that I did not request.
