He says that once payment is received a package will be sent to me via DHL with the keys and documents to the house. He also said that he would not be able to meet face to face because he is very busy with two jobs out of town and has an extended family to take care of. He does not want to involve any 3rd party because he wants a good landlord-tenant relationship.
I found the house for rent on zillow and contacted the realtor and he confirmed that this guy Daniel Spencer has nothing to do with the property and it is up for rent for $2500 a month by the real owner.
