When you order your products online, you have the option to pay with paypal, apple cash, check. You can what's app them at +19163043489. You apply pay to 9514727707 and they will process and ship your packages. Once you are chatting with "customer service" via what's app, they verify your payment and tell you that you will receive shipping confirmation within 5 hours. They also send you an email confirmation of your order with their email address and phone number to chat. You think everything is fine. Until you try and talk to them again. No responses, no order updates etc.. for 4 days. I can see they are getting my messages via the what's app blue check marks. They are faking the real website of dankwooods.com. I didn't see that because I used my phone to order. Be careful ordering from your phone instead of your PC. You miss nuances in the website and naming. They are even using the real logo. This is a scam.

Scammers have a face book page set up selling Dankwoods and a online store as to where u go on there pick out the kind u want and at check out they inform you that you have to purchase a minimum of 200.00 and one u check out u receive a email with delivery date and time and short later maybe 6 hours later u get another email stateing that you would have to send a additional 420.00 with in 48 hours for a seal for the package so it doesn't get checked going thru customs if funds are not received your package will be turned over to authorities.

They now said they need an additional $420.00 on top of the $300 I sent that was agreed to pay for the item and shipping
