Sent $1060 told 1-2 day delivery for express. Been a month and still received nothing and have now been blocked on any form of contact

I made a purchase via Instagram and paid with Google Pay. They sent me a confirmation email and we were in contact, however, once they recieved my money they never sent me my murchandise I purchased and ignored my emails and my messages. They then blocked me on Instagram and changed their name.
