Once you purchase a product from their website, they send you an email stating the item will ship the same business day if placed before 2pm EST. I placed my order on Sept 25th and the item has not shipped on Sept 28th. I contacted the supplier, and he responded that I needed to send a picture with me holding an ID for the order to be sent. This was never mentioned previously. The item is still not sent and he is refusing.
